Mr. Fred Richard

A Message from our Principal

Dear Students and Parents:

Welcome all new and returning Wolverines! It is with extreme pleasure and excitement that I welcome each of you to Clements Middle school (CLMS). We are looking forward to good things from you and for you as we begin the 2019-2020 school year. There are many opportunities for you both academic and extracurricular activities. I encourage you to find your area of interest and become an active participant. I challenge you to set your goals high and to work diligently to achieve them.

As we begin our school year, it is important that parents, teacher, and administrators emphasize high expectations in the areas of student achievement, appropriate behavior and following school policies. Together, we can provide an environment at home and at school where optimum learning can take place.

It is the goal of the faculty and administration to increase student achievement in all areas and make learning enjoyable for all. Clements will continue to offer a quality education to all students. We will continue to implement the instructional strategies, interventions, and support programs to produce students who are high school, college and career ready.

Clements offers an environment where all students are expected to achieve on a high level. The curriculum is developed in a manner that it follows the natural growth of the students while given proper attention to their individual needs. Here at Clements, we pride ourselves in believing that all students can learn. We build upon this belief by having high expectations and working together as a team. We strive to provide a safe learning atmosphere that includes respect for each other, order, student-centered learning experiences and opportunities, which result in greater achievement.

Our administrators, faculty and staff are committed to every student having a successful school year.  It is our desire to make this happen. We strive to see that each student can adjust to his/her new classmates and classrooms. We want each school day to be educationally, socially, and emotionally rewarding.

We encourage all parents to become involved in their student’s educational journey. Please set up parent-teacher conferences frequently. Also, set aside time to talk with your child daily about his/her school day and to monitor his/her academic progress and attendance by logging into your Infinite Campus portal. Parents, we seek your support and eagerly anticipate working with you to make our school the very best.

On behalf of the administrators, faculty and staff, again we welcome you to Clements Middle school.

“It is great to be a WOLVERINE!”

Warm Regards,

Fredrick Richard
